Aidas Personal

Aidas Personal is a Swiss recruitment and staffing company with offices in Goldach and Sevelen. Its services cover temporary placements, a Try & Hire model, permanent placements, search mandates, outplacement and payrolling. The Sevelen office opened on 1 January 2025.

The company began trading in January 2006, when Heinz Boog and Jan Plopa went into business together. Both had earlier placed staff for construction, industry and commercial roles, including middle and upper management.

The name draws on the sales formula Attention, Interest, Desire and Action. The company added an S for Support after finding that formula incomplete. It says it supports candidates before, during and after their assignments, and helps clients with recruitment.
