AiCan is a henkilöstöpalveluyritys, a staffing services company, that sums up its own culture as working seriously but not taking itself seriously. It provides henkilöstövuokraus, the hiring out of staff, to the restaurant trade, and turvallisuusala services such as järjestyksenvalvonta and vartiointi across the whole of Finland. The website is built around two routes, one for people looking for work under Hae töihin and one for employers looking for workers. Alongside those it runs pages for hotel and restaurant work, security, events, an ERP login, a tapahtumailmoitus event notification form and a shop. AiCan puts its employees at the centre of how it describes itself: a worker is not just a number in a system, every person in the team matters, and it says it handles its employer obligations better than well.

The company works in three staffing areas. In hotel and restaurant work it offers keikkahommia, kesätöitä, part time work and permanent posts, and invites candidates who are described as loistava persoona. In security it looks for customer service minded professionals with steel nerves for järjestyksenvalvonta, vartiointi and liikenteenohjaus duties. For the event sector it supplies motivated customer service staff for occasional, seasonal or sudden peaks in work, and its offer to employers covers both fixed term and longer term labour from the hotel, restaurant, security and event fields.

AiCan recruits ympäri Suomen, around Finland, and its open vacancies are listed for different parts of the country, with open applications accepted for both the HoReCa and security sides. Employers are told they can find professionals anywhere in Finland through the company. AiCan says its team is made up of people from many different backgrounds who share a good attitude, and it publishes employee stories and customer stories to show this. Its news pages report that customer satisfaction rose to a top level in its Happy People survey and that AiCan Happy People has entered a partnership with Finnresta.
