Agri Labour Australia

Agri Labour Australia is a national labour hire and workforce solutions provider for the Australian agriculture industry. It says it has operated since 2010, when it was founded by industry experts, and that it has supplied more than 70,000 workers. Its services cover recruitment, employment, payroll, compliance and on-site workforce management, and it supplies workers under the PALM scheme. It recruits permanent and casual staff, and under labour hire arrangements it is the legal employer of the workers it places.

The company serves broadacre, cotton, horticulture, livestock, meat processing, poultry, storage and handling, sugar and tree nut businesses. Roles include production and processing labour, picking, packing and grading, combine harvester operators and cotton picker operators, as well as management and administration positions. It also places backpackers in fruit picking and other agricultural work. It has clients in every Australian state and territory, mostly in regional or remote locations.

Its head office is in Brisbane, with further offices in Goondiwindi, Devonport, Hobart and Renmark. It reports a team of 90 permanent employees based in Australia, India, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Fiji, Taiwan, the Philippines and Malaysia.
