Agile Staffing Solutions is an IT recruitment agency based in Toronto, Ontario, established in 2003. It was founded by Zubair Khan, who the company says has spent twenty-two years building recruitment teams across Canada and the US.

The agency's core focus is information technology, including software engineers, DevOps, cloud, data and security specialists, and functional roles such as business analysts and scrum masters. It also recruits in healthcare, utilities and the public sector, with registered nurses and pharmacists among the healthcare roles. It recruits across Canada and the United States for remote, hybrid and on-site positions.

It offers permanent placement, contract and consulting placements, and split fee partnerships in which it provides sourcing and screening to other recruitment agencies. Fees are contingency based. It reports a candidate database of more than 20,000 people, and says candidates go through AI-assisted profile review, a live video screening call, fraud detection checks and senior reviewer approval before submission.
