AGIAMONDO is a German development organisation with more than 60 years of experience in personnel placement and international cooperation. The organisation primarily works with church and civil society organisations worldwide, facilitating meaningful personnel collaboration that contributes to sustainable and liveable global development. AGIAMONDO emphasises the power of encounter, relationship and shared learning dynamics as drivers of lasting impact across international development work.

The organisation operates multiple programmes and services. The Ziviler Friedensdienst (Civil Peace Service, ZFD) deploys fachkraefte (skilled professionals) for conflict management and peace work globally, with current placements in countries including Uganda, Colombia, Ukraine and others. Personalvermittlung (personnel placement) services serve organisations requiring specialist staff for international cooperation. A new business division, Faire Arbeitsmigration Pflege (Fair Labour Migration in Nursing Care), provides sustainable pathways for care workers and nursing trainees from Global South countries to work in Germany's healthcare sector.

AGIAMONDO qualifies fachkraefte for international cooperation and accompanies them before, during and after deployment. The organisation also offers consultation to agencies running volunteer service programmes and provides comprehensive service to implementing organisations. Fair labour migration activities focus on combating skills shortages in German nursing care whilst offering genuine career development pathways for professionals from partner countries.
