It supplies permanent, contract and temporary staff to large corporates, startups, SMEs, Japanese businesses and related cross sectors, and says its clients also come from international trading, construction and professional services.
It recruits executive and personal assistants, secretarial and administrative staff, accountants, banking and finance staff, engineers, sales and marketing staff and international traders. Its service descriptions also cover human resources, information technology, construction, project management, logistics and warehousing, and bilingual Japanese and English professionals. Recruitment manager Ai Kageyama, a Japanese specialist who joined the team in 2007, works with Japanese-related clients and candidates.
The company also runs WAZA, aimed at recent graduates considering a move to Australia for work. It says most of its new clients come from referrals by existing clients.
