agencybell is a recruitment business that places people in roles at creative agencies and in the creative teams of major brands. It recruits across design, creative, client services, writing, strategy and leadership, for both full-time and freelance positions.

It says it has been doing recruitment since 2009. The company works on a small number of briefs, which it develops through in-depth conversations with clients. It also spends time with candidates to learn which roles suit them and to help shape their introductions to employers.

Samantha is the founder, and started the business during the sub-prime mortgage crash. Its consultants cover creative roles, both freelance and permanent.
