Agencia ESLA is an Agencia de Migración y Recursos Humanos, a combined migration and human resources agency, that helps people who want to live, work, study or invest in Spain do so safely, legally and affordably. Alongside that individual work it helps European companies with the contratación de trabajadores extranjeros, the hiring of foreign workers directly from their country of origin, which puts it on both sides of the same process: the employer that needs the skills and the candidate who needs the legal route to take the job.

Its services fall into three groups. Migration advisory and case management, asesoría y gestión migratoria, supports the whole process of moving to Spain, including work visas and investment visas. The study route helps candidates obtain a student visa with permission to work so they can be in Spain legally, and adds guidance on applying to Spanish universities, supported by an Análisis de Viabilidad Migratoria for people weighing up studying and working in Spain and a webinar on studying in Spain. The employer route covers selección de personal and contracting for Spanish and EU companies recruiting from abroad.
