Affecto

Affecto is a specialist technology search and talent partner that recruits for business-critical technology, data and technology-enabled transformation roles. It focuses on appointments where the hiring decision has a significant influence on how a business performs, how resilient it is and how well it delivers.

It works particularly with operational businesses in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, distribution, food production and infrastructure, where technology affects how the organisation runs even though technology is not what the company sells.

Affecto offers four services. Business-Critical Hires covers senior technology, data and transformation appointments. Talent & Market Intelligence gives leaders information on people, pay, comparator organisations and capability around an important hiring decision. Always-On Talent Pools keeps research and relationships active between vacancies for businesses that hire repeatedly from the same or overlapping markets. Fractional Talent Partner takes on hands-on responsibility for hiring when internal teams are overstretched. The company trades as Affecto Recruitment Ltd.
