AER International

AER International is a recruitment and people services business that works only in the mining industry. It was established in 2011 and describes itself as privately owned and global. It is operated by Anglo-European Resourcing Ltd, registered in England, and Christopher Hume is named as founder and CEO.

The company covers attracting, engaging, retaining and developing people for mining businesses. It is organised in four divisions: International Expat, Domestic Australia, Executive Search and Project Staffing. Its clients include mine operators from major to junior, EPCM suppliers, consultancies, equipment companies and investment businesses at all stages of the mine life cycle.

AER works from offices in London, Perth, Bangkok and Santiago, and says it works with mining businesses across five continents. It reports delivering over 400 mandates in 50 countries for over 60 clients since it began, with 70% of clients using it for more than one piece of work. It describes its team as multinational and multilingual.
