Advice2Talent is an Australian-owned recruitment and workforce solutions company headquartered in Melbourne, with operations in the Philippines. It was founded in 2017 as a boutique firm focused on onshore placements for the financial services sector, and in 2018 it began supplying Virtual Assistants from the Philippines. Carolina Castillo is its founder and CEO.

The company recruits for financial planning and wealth management, accounting and tax, mortgage broking, payroll and HR, and administration roles. Positions include financial advisers, paraplanners, accountants, bookkeepers, mortgage brokers, payroll officers and executive assistants. Its services cover permanent recruitment, executive search, offshore staffing, Employer of Record services, virtual assistants and operational support teams. Under its Employer of Record model it becomes the legal employer of offshore staff who work exclusively for the client.

Clients range from boutique businesses to national organisations. The company has offices in Kew, Victoria, and Cebu City, and says it achieved ISO 27001 certification in 2025.
