Adhara

Adhara GmbH is an Austrian Personalberatung whose stated mission is to find and promote the talent that can make a difference, on the belief that the future is shaped by clever and motivated people working together. It describes its offer as next-level Personalberatung for global problem solving, with a focus on Europe, and it works on both sides of the market: guidance for candidates who want to discover the right professional direction, on the principle that the better you understand your talents and abilities the faster you find the right path, and advice for companies that are thinking about the future. The business is led by Geschäftsführer Ing. Mag. Helmut Pürstinger.

Four themes define the firm's focus: Der Mensch im Mittelpunkt, keeping people at the centre; Nachhaltige Personalsuche, sustainable recruitment; Partnerschaften und Netzwerke, partnerships and networks; and Green Technology und Innovation. Sustainability is broken down into a 4 N approach covering how employees are treated, how economic goals are set, the services and products offered, and the onboarding of key staff. The consultancy connects that to a wider aim of contributing to a human-centred industrial working world and to the new technologies that it believes can make this generation a model for a new era, arguing that solving global problems requires the right minds in the right places.

Adhara is based at Atterseestraße 5 in 4863 Seewalchen am Attersee, and works with a focus on Europe. It runs its own Jobportal alongside separate sections für KandidatInnen and für Unternehmen, plus pages covering the team, its network, Adhara Nixe and its literature.
