AddanEx

AddanEx is a recruitment business that places contract IT specialists across Europe. It works on contract roles only, in cloud and infrastructure, business intelligence, data engineering, advanced analytics, software engineering, cyber security and governance, SAP, AI and machine learning, and leadership and architecture. It covers the Nordics, Benelux, DACH and the United Kingdom and Ireland, and also searches in wider Europe.

The company was set up by directors with a combined experience of over 50 years in the contract markets. Lewis Gallagher is Managing Director. Account Directors handle each mandate personally.

It offers three engagement models: freelance contractors on a time and materials basis, payroll services for contractors a client has already found, and pod augmentation. In the pod model, bespoke teams of 2 to 200 people work under a client-led statement of work.
