Zest

Zest is a recruitment agency that places mid to senior level Sales, Marketing and Operational talent into technology businesses. Its clients are tech start-ups, scale-ups and established organisations looking to grow their commercial teams, and it also works with candidates who want roles in technology organisations.

Zest was founded by Calum Lyle, who had spent almost a decade leading recruitment teams before starting the company. It says it collects data throughout the hiring process to match candidates to client businesses, uses its own video interview software so employers can learn more about a candidate beyond the CV, and runs a cultural fit assessment to check that candidates align with a client's values. Each client works with a designated consultant, and consultants are incentivised on customer experience.
