Adalid

Adalid is a cabinet de conseil en ressources humaines that has specialised in recruitment informatique since its creation in 2004, and counts itself among the four oldest such firms. It offers a global accompaniment rather than placement alone: conseil en organisation viewed through an HR lens, the search and selection of candidates for recruitment, the évaluation of existing staff, and prestations en régie where HR consultants work on the client's site. Its senior recruiting consultants have themselves practised the roles they recruit for, both in-house and as consultants, have managed projects, teams and departments, and have assessed and recruited these profiles inside companies.

The cabinet selects candidates across the métiers of information systems, covering managers, engineers, technicians and commercial staff. Its domains are organisation, contrôle de gestion et décisionnel, informatique, internet including e-business, e-administration and e-commerce, and the commercial and force de vente functions attached to them. The firm frames its work around federating people, defining objectives, mastering risk, coordinating actions, defining and monitoring the tableau de bord, mastering the technology, valuing successes and preparing the material means to reach the objective. It also works with a partner cabinet, DSI Recrutement, dedicated to the recruitment of DSI.

Adalid runs two offices.
