Ad Talent

Ad Talent is a Leeds-based recruitment business that provides flat fee recruitment advertising for employers across the UK. Instead of charging a percentage of salary when a hire is made, it sells fixed-fee packages with the cost known before work begins, from £329 plus VAT.

Its packages combine professionally written job adverts, advertising across job boards and applicant management in one recruitment system. Candidate screening is optional, and employers can ask for a fully managed campaign that includes candidate calls, first-stage interviews and shortlisting.

The company says its team has more than 20 years of experience. It works with employers making a single hire as well as those recruiting regularly across multiple roles.
