About the Agency
ACJ Search is a specialist search consultancy providing search and recruitment services to the manufacturing industry. It operates from the West Midlands and supports customers across the UK and Europe. It says it has experience across automotive, aerospace, FMCG and broader manufacturing sectors, and it also works with engineering organisations.
The company says it has over 20 years of experience. It uses McQuaig psychometric testing in profiling client organisations and in selecting candidates. Senior leaders, managers and C Suite staff complete the questionnaire first, and prospective candidates then complete the same one. It treats both employers and job seekers as customers, and takes candidates through a career planning exercise.
Each placement comes with a 90 day support package in which a career coach works with the employer and the new hire, starting before the role begins.
