Achieve Professionals

Achieve Professionals is a recruitment agency for the legal, finance and accountancy, human resources and business support sectors, and for private family offices. It was founded in September 2023 and is led by directors Lewis Clennell and Molly Clennell. It describes itself as a search and placement firm and says it does not handle timesheet processing, payroll administration or hourly-rate mark-ups.

In legal it places staff from paralegals and legal secretaries to partners, attorneys and general counsel, including US legal recruitment. Finance roles run from junior accountants to CFO and finance director level, and HR roles from administrators to HR directors. Business support covers executive assistants, office managers and company secretaries. For single- and multi-family offices it fills investment, legal, finance and operations roles. It also offers executive search.

It works with law firms, financial institutions, SMEs, multinationals and family offices. It has offices in London and Middlesbrough and reports client accounts across the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. It is part of the Achieve Group, alongside Achieve Hospitality, which recruits for luxury household, estate and lifestyle roles.
