Access Healthcare is a recruitment agency that supplies nurses, healthcare assistants, midwives and social care workers to healthcare organisations in Ireland. It provides temporary agency staff and permanent placements, and works with hospitals, care homes and community hospitals, both private and public. Roles it recruits for include general, A&E, critical care, community, psychiatric and theatre nurses, as well as student nurses and intellectual disability staff.

The company is based in Dublin city centre and supplies staff nationwide, naming Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick among its areas. It reports a 95% fill rate of shifts. It says it opened in 2015 as a specialised nursing and healthcare recruitment consultancy, and that it now has 107 people.

Its offices are in Dublin, Newry in Northern Ireland and Porto in Portugal. It says it opened offices in Ahmedabad, India, and Porto in 2023, and in 2024 applied for a recruitment licence to expand into Northern Ireland.
