Accept Recruitment

Accept Recruitment is an industrial recruitment agency that supplies temporary and permanent staff to businesses in Leicester, Coventry and Tamworth, across the Midlands. It was started in 2015 from a single office in Leicester, which remains its headquarters, and it now has branches in all three cities.

It recruits for logistics and warehousing, manufacturing, e-commerce and fulfilment, food production, and engineering and technical work. Roles include warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, pickers and packers, production and machine operators, assembly workers, and van and HGV Class 1 and 2 drivers. Permanent recruitment covers posts from supervisors to senior leadership. It also offers on-site management and high-volume and peak staffing, and says it operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

The company says it deploys more than 1,200 workers a day and works with more than 190 clients, including Poundstretcher, InPost UK and Vistry Group. It uses its own technology, including AcceptPulse for attendance and a Workforce Intelligence system that shows who is booked, on site, absent and replaced.
