Above & Beyond

Above & Beyond is a recruitment business that works with climate tech companies. It says it supports pioneering companies that are solving the climate crisis, and it helps clients attract candidates by shaping their employer brand and giving them access to its networks and communities.

Its services include retained recruitment, used either for a single leadership hire or to build a whole team of Product or Engineering specialists, and contract recruitment for part-time, fractional or short-term specialists. It says its contract work has flexible pricing with no long term commitments. It also offers employer brand and talent advisory, either as part of a client's board of advisors or as ad-hoc consultancy covering hiring strategy, employer brand strategy and market advice on skills availability and salary levels.
