Abercorn Sinclair

Abercorn Sinclair is an independent talent partner specialising in engineering and biotechnology, based in Glasgow, Scotland. It takes on a limited number of clients, choosing companies whose work it says has a clear, positive impact, such as advancing healthcare, enabling new technologies or improving sustainability.

The consultancy recruits in life science and biotechnology, software development, IT and infrastructure, data science and machine learning, and engineering design. It says it supports clients from early technical hires through to leadership appointments, and that it can reach people who are not actively looking for a new role. It covers Scotland and England, with job locations including Falkirk and Hampshire.
