Abel Personnel is a family-owned staffing and recruitment firm founded in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in 1969. It is a certified Women's Business Enterprise. Deborah Abel became president in 2000.

The company fills direct hire, temp-to-perm and contract roles, and also offers payroll options and executive search. It recruits in administrative, accounting and finance, customer service, information technology and legal fields, as well as general business support. Roles include executive support, office management, financial analysts, controllers, paralegals and software engineers.

It works mainly across Central Pennsylvania, with placement networks extending across Pennsylvania and Maryland. It says it interviews every candidate personally, and it manages weekly pay, health benefits onboarding, background validation and screening. In 2024 it moved to its current headquarters on Vartan Way in Harrisburg.
