ABA Recruitment

ABA Recruitment is a specialist recruitment provider for Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and special educational needs (SEN) roles. It says it has offered its recruitment service since 2010, and the team, which includes David Hinman, has worked in the field since then. It places BCBA consultants, clinical directors, speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, and ABA/VB lead and junior therapists.

Its clients are families, schools and centres in the UK, the Middle East and elsewhere. It recruits for both private families and centres in the Gulf region, sourcing candidates from the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada and other countries. These include therapists already working abroad and those going overseas for the first time.

Candidates are found through targeted advertising, headhunting through its network, and its own database. The service covers consulting on the client's criteria, preliminary interviews, reference and DBS checks, and a contract if required. It works on a non-retained basis and charges a fee only if a candidate it introduces starts work.
