The company was founded by Matt Roberts, a carpenter from the UK who came to Canada in 2012. After starting a construction contracting company and struggling to find suitable workers, he recruited from his overseas network. The company has offices in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan.
