7FiftyTwo is a financial markets recruitment consultancy offering contract and permanent recruitment to investment banking and finance organisations in the UK. It says its client portfolio stretches around the globe and includes seven global investment banks. Its core specialist areas are technology, risk, compliance, governance, operations and business change, legal and audit, across front, middle and back office functions and shared services.

The company organises its work by sector: corporate and investment banking, retail and private banking and wealth, challenger banks, asset management and funds, IT, fintech and start-ups, and insurance. Its insurance practice covers underwriting, broking, credit insurance, claims, risk management, senior appointments and mergers and acquisitions. It also recruits for governance roles linked to customer due diligence and know your customer processes.

7FiftyTwo was established in 2003 and grew in London. It opened a Singapore office in 2009 to serve the Asia Pacific region and an Edinburgh office in December 2012. In July 2012 it became part of ITHR Group plc, which gives it access to other specialist recruitment brands.
