About the Agency
6 Degrees Group is an accounting and finance staffing firm serving employers and job seekers in Atlanta. It describes itself as locally owned and full service, and places people in roles ranging from office support to CFO.
Tracy Bates and Brian Risinger founded the company in 2007. Brian Risinger is co-founder and CEO. Its office is on Deerfield Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia.
It offers temporary staffing, temp to hire and direct hire. Temporary staffing covers needs such as quarter-end or year-end workloads, vacations and medical leave. With temp to hire, the candidate works at the client's location while remaining on the agency's payroll. For direct hire, the company recruits, screens and refers candidates, and clients pay only if they hire one of them.
