4M HR Logistics

4M HR Logistics is a woman-owned small business based in San Antonio, Texas, that provides staffing and recruitment services for commercial and defence employers. It specialises in government and defence, aviation and aerospace, and technical trades and manufacturing. It also recruits for engineering, automotive, electrical contractors, facility maintenance, solar and wind energy, and data and fibre optic communication. It offers temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire placements.

Its recruiters screen and test candidates to assess their qualifications and skills before connecting them with employers. The company says its recruiters come from the same industries as the candidates they work with. It describes aviation as one of its strongest areas of expertise.

The firm began as a sister company to M7 Aerospace, an aerospace and defence contractor, under the private ownership of 4M Investments. A staffing division, M7 Staffing & Business Solutions, was formed to fill flexible labour needs within M7 Aerospace and began offering services to third parties in 2009. After M7 Aerospace was sold to Elbit Systems of America in 2010, the staffing division became a standalone business under the original 4M ownership team.
