4Leisure Recruitment Ltd is a specialist recruitment agency for the leisure industry, based in Uxbridge, London. It began in 2002 as Grads4Leisure, placing sports science graduates into health club jobs, and took its current name in 2005. It says its team has been made up of former fitness professionals, spa managers and operations leaders.

The agency provides permanent, temporary, contract and project-based recruitment across health and fitness, spa and beauty, active entertainment, hospitality and catering, marina, padel and golf. Roles range from front-line staff to senior appointments. It added executive search in 2004 and offers campaign management, including start-up mobilisations, outsourced recruitment, sales drives and TUPE transition support. It also provides managed services with hosted careers pages, and says it offers national coverage.

Jean Wing Hing and James Procter are co-founders and directors, and Amy Gilmour is director of the Health & Fitness division. The company reports 1,939 shifts filled last month, 157,714 hours delivered in the last 12 months and a current fill rate of 92 per cent.
