44 International

44 International is a recruitment agency that works in the life sciences and MedTech industries. It combines tailored recruitment with an AI-driven search engine to identify and shortlist candidates, and says it has a network of over 50,000 industry experts.

Its services include permanent placement, contract staffing and RPO for organisations that need continuous hiring support. It also offers freelance hires, contingent permanent recruitment and a Talent Partner model that provides continuous headhunting support. It says it can handle urgent, specialist or volume recruitment needs.

The roles it recruits for include independent sales representatives and territory managers for medical device companies, mainly across the United States. Tom Acomb and Christian Tiley are its directors.
