Above & Beyond Group

Above & Beyond Group is an Australian workforce services business that specialises in Aged Care and Community Services. It provides recruitment for job seekers and employers, along with executive search, HR solutions, leadership development, employee engagement, culture programs, and career and interview coaching.

The group grew out of 3D Recruit, which began in 2012 to help individuals fulfil their career potential and to help employers source talent. Organisations later turned to 3D Recruit for workforce planning and employee engagement programs, and in 2018 it established Above & Beyond Programs to offer more integrated, end to end workforce solutions. The 3D Recruit brand now sits under the Above & Beyond Group banner. Laura Sutherland is a director.

The group has offices in Perth and Sydney.
