3D Personnel is a construction recruitment agency supplying Trades & Labour, Professional & Technical and Multi-Sector talent to clients in the UK, Ireland and Europe. It was set up in London in 2007 by Damian Doherty and Michael Byrne, and is family-owned and run. It places people in temporary, fixed-term and permanent roles, and its Professional & Technical team also offers contract and freelance positions.

Roles it fills include Project Managers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Site Engineers, as well as Carpenters, Labourers, Machine Drivers and Bricklayers. A separate team provides skilled personnel for Data Centre and Pharma projects across Europe and Ireland. Its Multi-Sector team serves broader resourcing needs in Ireland and Scotland, with clients that include education providers, national retailers, logistics, FM, hospitality and property development businesses. The company also offers Specialist Contracting Services.

It has 14 offices across the UK, Ireland and Europe, including Cork, Dublin, Belfast, London, Southampton, Birmingham and Wroclaw in Poland. It says most of its business is done with clients it has worked with before.
