33Eleven Partners is an executive search firm founded in 2016 by Al Stevenson and Mike Fitzgerald, former tech ecosystem professionals in New York City. The firm partners with clients to find executives who grow business, create culture and drive revenue, supporting companies from early stage through IPO.

The founders spent four years building NYC tech startups from seed to venture to post-acquisition and IPO, watching inexperienced founders cut their teeth and succeed. Their collective experience spans over 20 years in startup recruiting and enterprise recruiting on national scope.

33Eleven maintains focus on the startup ecosystem and high-growth markets, believing that search is a team sport. The name reflects inspiration from Hall of Famers Larry Bird (number 33) and Mark Messier (number 11), who led their teams to nine world championships between them. The firm operates without a website initially, relying on email and personal relationships to build its client base.
