3 Way Staffing is an employment agency serving the Southern market, headquartered in Houston, Texas. Its CEO and founder, Mrs. James, created the company to give underserved communities and people who have difficulty securing roles an opportunity to work.

The agency supplies staff for light industrial, distribution, warehouse, clerical, call centre and truck driver work. It offers temporary, temporary to permanent, direct hire, daily and seasonal placements and says it accommodates companies of any size. It can also act as Employer of Record, funding and preparing payroll and assuming the mandatory tax, insurance and legal liabilities for the staff it places.
