2XM Recruit

2XM Recruit is a specialist recruitment agency in Australia and part of the TXM Group. It recruits in mining, rail, engineering, warehousing and logistics, HSEQ and construction, and offers permanent recruitment, contract staffing and labour and temporary hire. It supports clients in Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, and says it connects candidates with employers across Australia and New Zealand.

TXM was launched in 2005 by two founders as a recruitment firm focused on engineering. The group opened its first Australian office in Perth in 2010, followed by Sydney in 2012, Brisbane in 2016 and Melbourne in 2018. The TXM Group says it has a global team of more than 500 professionals, and 2XM Recruit reports more than 5,000 candidates placed and over 350,000 in its database. It is a corporate member of the RCSA. Charles Seward and Sam Turner are directors of the business.
