About the Agency
2020 Search Partners is a retained executive search firm based in Marietta, Georgia. It recruits C-suite, VP and director level leaders for companies across North America, and works with CEOs, founders and HR leaders.
The firm focuses on commercial HVAC service, commercial electrical service, manufacturing, MRO and engineering. Its clients use it to fill roles in executive leadership, marketing, sales, human resources, environmental health and safety, IT and engineering. It says it has over 65 years of consultative search experience.
It says each search is led by its principals from discovery to placement, and that candidates are not presented to a client's competitors. Its services include passive candidate headhunting and 90 days of onboarding support after a hire. Michael Meeks is Managing Partner, with over 20 years of search experience, and Steve Polizzi heads the talent acquisition division.
