11 Investments

11 Investments is a recruitment group made up of discipline-specific brands that work together. It describes its founders as recruiters turned investors, and it backs recruiters who want to launch their own recruitment businesses, offering seed capital, guidance, finance, marketing, talent acquisition and learning and development support.

The group says it has seven brands and 100 employees, and gives 2014 as its founding year. Its co-founders are Joe, Charlie and Andy, who also founded 3Search. Its brands cover marketing, digital and bids recruitment (3Search), strategy, transformation and change (Tarka Talent), technology (NearTech Search), finance (Tenzing Search), and finance and executive search for the energy, renewable energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors (Finrox). FIFTEEN WEST recruits for recruitment firms, and edenity serves product-focused VC-backed scale-ups, investors and services.

The group is based in London and is B Corp certified.
