10FOLD is a Norwegian recruitment company built on the observation that some people deliver tenfold, and on the promise that it will find them. The company is registered as 10Fold AS with organisation number 819767122 and works from Hausmannsgate 17 in Oslo. Its stated way of thinking is to hold two ideas at once: the world is being digitalised, the human being is not. 10FOLD recognises that digital transformation is reshaping every industry including its own, and says its ambition is to digitalise existing services and develop new digital solutions, while its main focus is, and always will be, the person. He was managing director and co owner of Skarp rekruttering from 2008 to 2013 and later senior adviser at Tech4hire, and he studied education at UiO and economics and market communication at BI and NMH. Audun Berg brings IT, business advisory, business development, negotiation and sales experience, over 20 years in leadership including five years as Managing Director in multinational companies. He established Adobe Norge in the late 1990s, began recruiting in 2004, and later worked as HR director and then head of the advisory division at Affecto.

10FOLD operates from Oslo and serves companies that need heavyweight professionals or leaders. It argues that first impressions never tell the whole story, so it does not rely on gut feeling but on tested techniques, interviews and background information, digging deeper on both sides of the table.
